- Any Indian citizen including student innovator can avail support to develop their novel idea into demonstrable models/ prototypes.An innovator May be Student ,Artisan,Housewife,Farmer,Mechanic,Scientist,Engineer,Doctor ,Autonomous Institutions/R&Dlabs or Academic Institutes etc.
- Innovator has an original idea/invention/know-how is eligible to apply under this programme.
- No Age bar, Innovator at any age can come up with the innovation and get the support under the Scheme.
- No Specific Technical/Non Technical Qualification Required. Innovator can come up with the idea and get support under the Scheme.
